Welcome to Northern Film Alliance (NFA). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Northern Film Alliance website (northernfilmalliance.org), as well as the websites of all NFA DBA’s (dsfilmfest.org, edufilmfest.org, mnwebgfest.org, or northstarstorysummit.org), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website (the "Service"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. The Northern Film Alliance provides a range of services and content related to Film exhibition and production. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Service and ensuring that all persons who access the Service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Service and comply with them.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Northern Film Alliance and its licensors.   • to impersonate or attempt to impersonate Northern Film Alliance, a Northern Film Alliance employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Service, and any service or material we provide on the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
